Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Coater Operator to ensure scheduled orders are completed per specifications and procedures. You will work in a team environment, uphold safety, quality, and production standards, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities include logbook usage, quality checks, data entry, and helping with maintenance and inventories. The role requires manual dexterity and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High degree of manual dexterity is required.
• Ability to work as a team member and follow instructions.
• Ability to read length measurements, gauges and meters.
• Knowledge of production schedules and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor coating lines to meet schedule.
• Maintain safe and clean work areas and follow safety rules.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Assist in die changes and data entry as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving ideas.
