Farwest is hiring for a Warehouse Operations position on-site in Oregon. The role focuses on setting up and operating powder coating line equipment, maintaining quality, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Day shift, Monday through Friday, with wages $19.55 to $28.55 per hour depending on experience. Ideal candidates bring at least one year of powder coating line experience, strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Efficient set up, operation, monitoring, and general oversight of steel/rebar coating machinery.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by increasing product quality through validation of machine accuracy.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance of the equipment.
• Ensure a safe work environment through best practices, including promoting all safety policies and guidelines.
• Manage assigned paperwork in regards to process control and quality control.
