Qualifications

- Strong collaboration with specialists, hospitalists, and emergency medicine teams.
- Experience with outpatient care and patient relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care services in clinic settings.
- Collaborate with specialists and hospitalists to coordinate patient care.
- Utilize EPIC system for documentation and care delivery across facilities.
- Contribute to practice improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
