Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC in Wichita, KS is seeking friendly servers to welcome guests, take orders accurately, and deliver meals with timeliness and a smile.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment, suggest drinks and desserts, upsell items, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, medical/dental/vision benefits, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
• Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system properly
• Picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner
• Checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table
• Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
• Following all food safety standards
