Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program; master's preferred.
• PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• 7–12 years of coastal or civil engineering experience with leadership on multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with federal, state, municipal, private, or NGO clients.
• Coastal engineering design and analysis for shoreline protection and flood resilience.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, analysis, and design of coastal engineering projects including shoreline protection and flood risk reduction.
• Prepare engineering reports, design drawings, specifications, bid packages, and permit applications.
• Provide QA/QC oversight and mentor junior staff; coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
