Job summary

Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC) medical group in Morro Bay, CA is seeking a Primary Care Physician (IM/FM) to lead and grow a busy clinic at the Dignity Health Morro Bay location. You will provide autonomous, comprehensive primary care with support from nursing, care coordinators, and lab services, while contributing to program leadership and preventive health initiatives.

Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required, with a California license or

• Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active California medical license or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine checkups and acute care in a patient-centered clinic.
• Coordinate care for complex chronic conditions.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff to promote high-quality care.
