Job summary

Necnic Group Healthcare Recruitment is sourcing a Hematology/Oncology physician for a 100% outpatient role in the Outer Banks, NC. The practice features a modern coastal cancer center just two blocks from the beach and an established referral network of 30+ providers.

You will work alongside Hem/Onc, Radiation Oncology, experienced APPs, oncology-certified nurses, and nurse navigation. The 10-chair infusion center includes onsite radiation therapy and a shared after-hours/weekend phone call

Qualifications

• Experienced physicians required.
• 100% outpatient Hematology/Oncology with no inpatient consult service.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient Hematology/Oncology with no inpatient consult service.
• Collaborate with Hem/Onc, Radiation Oncology, APPs, oncology-certified nurses, and nurse navigation.
• Treat at a 10-chair infusion center with onsite radiation therapy.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and receive support from a regional cancer program.
• Share after-hours/weekend phone call only.
