Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina seeks a board-eligible or board-certified OB/GYN to join a growing community-based practice in Murrells Inlet, SC. This employed position operates within MUSC Health and serves the Tidelands Health system across multiple counties.

The team includes 11 OB/GYNs, urogynecologists, and several advance practice providers. Call is shared among physicians with midwives handling first call, and the facility features modern NICU and robotic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for medical license in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Full-time IP/OP practice opportunity due to volume growth.
• Well-established program with 11 OB/GYNs, two urogynecologists and nine APPs.
• Two acute-care hospitals and four outpatient practices.
• Midwives take first call; physician call shared among 10 physicians.
• Labour & Delivery coverage at Waccamaw Community Hospital.
• Modern facilities including Level II nursery and robotic surgery systems.
