Southern Tide in Ashburn, GA is seeking a Sales Associate to assist with daily store sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with our coastal lifestyle brand.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, assist with merchandising, and support store meetings while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 8 hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of retail experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Routine standing for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional in-store experience consistent with the Southern Tide brand.
• Build and cultivate relationships with customers and deliver professional service.
• Share current product knowledge and provide fitting and styling recommendations.
• Attend store-related meetings to help achieve sales and service goals.
• Maintain the store appearance and inventory integrity.
