Job summary

Integrated Dermatology of Tidewater is recruiting a dermatologist to join a highly collaborative practice on Virginia's coast. You will work with three dermatologists, two Mohs surgeons, five APPs, and aesthetic professionals to deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and teamwork within a national organization that preserves local culture and autonomy. Virginia licensure is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with experienced dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, APPs and aestheticians to manage medical, surgical and aesthetic cases.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a coastal Virginia practice setting.
