Job summary

South County Smiles in Rhode Island is seeking an associate dentist who shares our patient-centered, team-focused approach. You will perform crowns, Invisalign, extractions, and more using the latest digital technology in a modern practice.

The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. with days negotiable. Mentorship is offered through informal guidance and CE opportunities; growth path includes potential partnership discussions in the future.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuing education.
• Excellent patient communication and chairside manner.

• Eager to grow with a modern, forward-thinking practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform crowns, Invisalign, extractions, and more.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (days negotiable).
• Mentorship: informal guidance, peer support, CE opportunities.
• New grads: not open to new grads; preference for AEGD/GPR-trained clinicians or equivalent experience.
