Job summary

KTE Services in Monterey, California is seeking a General Anesthesiologist to join a well-established anesthesia group. You will provide anesthesia across Orthopedics, Obstetrics, Cardiac, Thoracic, Pediatrics, Vascular, ENT, Urology, and Neurosurgery in a collaborative team.

The role offers on-site work in Monterey with a competitive 1099 compensation package of $500k–$600k per year, potential to earn up to $800k with partnership after 1.5 years, and 8–10 weeks of vacation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
• California medical license preferred (or in progress).
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia services for a broad range of surgical procedures.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and create individualized anesthesia plans.
• Monitor patients during surgery and recovery to ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
