Top 25% of refrigerated OTR drivers at the Gary, IN terminal average $1500 weekly. Guaranteed pay plus: starting July 13, 2026, eligible drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Pay ranges 0.43–0.58 per mile with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with no DUI within the last 5–10 years.
• 21 years of age or older and able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• Strong safety and driving record with compliant DOT history.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated OTR routes across coast-to-coast.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Manage logs, deliveries, and customer communication while on the road.
