Job summary

JENNMAR Services seeks General Laborers for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, PA. This full‑time role offers competitive pay, benefits including 401(k), and on‑site training. Work includes maintaining walkways, moving coal, and light maintenance, with MSHA papers required and training provided.

Shifts are available day and night, Tue–Sat or Sat–Wed, with 10‑hour nights and overtime. Compensation starts at $22–$23 per hour plus a $1/hr raise after 90 days, along with paid vacation

Qualifications

• MSHA Surface Training + site tour (Will be provided)
• Able to work full shifts, including weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug & alcohol testing and hair follicle test required.

Responsibilities

• Keep Walkways & Catwalks clear of debris
• Hose & Shovel Coal/Coal Dust in Prep Plant, Transfer Buildings & Silos
• General Labor & Maintenance Work Where Needed
• MSHA Surface Papers are required (We will provide training)
