Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe coaches during classes and provide feedback.
• Ensure classes follow curriculum standards.
• Assist with coach onboarding and training.
• Help troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Represent the brand with professionalism.

Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

Prior coaching experience with children

Ability to coach AND coach the coaches
