Responsibilities

• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Round on Providence, RI long-stay patients and monitor for subtle changes.
• Verify blood products at bedside with a second PA before transfusion.
• Perform diagnostic and screening procedures within scope of practice.
• Escort fragile patients to procedures with telemetry monitoring during transport.
• Coordinate referrals, lab orders, and specialist appointments.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and organize instruments during coaching cases.
