Job summary

Ventura Ninja Academy is seeking energetic ninja warrior coaches to lead kids’ after-school and weekend classes, plus birthday party sessions. You will coach ninja, OCR, rock climbing, parkour and gymnastics in a structured, fun environment. Role includes gym maintenance, organization and class resets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years coaching kids, punctuality and a team-first attitude. Training is provided and there are growth opportunities and potential for additional locations and hours.

Qualifications

• Ninja warrior/obstacle course background required.
• Minimum of two years coaching kids.
• Punctuality, reliability and team attitude essential.

Responsibilities

• Coach kids in after-school, weekend and birthday classes.
• Maintain gym and equipment, keep spaces organized and reset between sessions.
• Follow a pre-set curriculum and assist with program delivery.

Ventura Ninja Academy needs ninja warrior coaches for fun yet structured kids classes. Specifically ninja warrior, OCR, rock climbing, parkour and/or gymnastics coaching background is a must.

The job is primarily coaching kids' after school classes, weekend classes and birthday parties, also includes gym maintenance, organization, and re-setting. 25-30 hours per week, with at least one weekend day required. Coaches will be trained on how to teach our program, and must follow a pre-set curriculum for classes. Opportunity for growth and additional responsibility, additional locations, and hours for the right coach who wants to permanently join our team.

Qualifications: ninja warrior, obstacle, rock climbing, gymnastics, and/or parkour background; Minimum of two years coaching kids. Punctuality, reliability, dependability, being a team player with a great attitude are necessary to succeed at Los Angeles Ninja Academy.
