Job summary

Utica Community Schools is seeking a Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Coach for Henry Ford II High School in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The coach will manage the program and ensure compliance with Board of Education, district, building and MHSAA rules.

Responsibilities include coordinating in-season and off-season activities, developing players, and promoting academic, physical, and personal growth. Internal candidates may be considered for promotion.

Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience required.
• CPR, concussion certification and AED training required.
• Possess strong character and the ability to build relationships with team members and parents.
• Willingness and desire to participate in all aspects of program development.
• Valid State of Michigan Teacher’s Certificate preferred.

POSITION: Coach - Boys Junior Varsity Basketball

DESCRIPTION:

Utica Community Schools is seeking a Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Coach atHenry Ford IIHigh School. The Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Coach is responsible for the operation of the program while remaining in compliance with Board of Education, district, building and MHSAA rules and policies. The district supports promotion of internal candidates.
