Must demonstrate an interest in and support of the entire school program by attending activities and assist developing a feeder school program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience as a high school/intermediate school swim coach in a successful program. Must have good communication skills. Must demonstrate a knowledge and ability to teach swimming skills. Must be able to get along with students and parents; ability to motivate athletes. Experience as a swimming participant at the high school or college level.
