Job Description

The middle school assistant coach is responsible for working with the head coach. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsibility for the supervision of their respective coaching duties. These duties will be assigned by the head coach.
• Attend staff meetings called by the principal, athletic director, or head coach.
• Serves as a positive influence to the student athletes.
• Ensures the safety of the student athletes and reports injuries to appropriate staff.
• All other duties, within reason, assigned by the head coach.
