Job summary

Skilz for Kids is seeking dynamic coaches to work with children from infancy to 11 years old. Classes run mornings, evenings, and some weekends, with opportunities for advancement. You will engage kids in fun, structured activities designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive team.

Ideal candidates have athletic or coaching backgrounds, CPR certification, and the ability to educate parents on our curriculum. Flexible hours and a vibrant, energetic studio culture await.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children in the target age range (8 months to 11 years).
• Ability to educate parents about the curriculum and progression.
• CPR certification is required.
• Mandated reporter training is required.
• Strong, positive interpersonal communication with kids and parents.
• Self-motivated and reliable with a can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and engage children aged 8 months to 11 years in a fun, energetic way.
• Lead sessions with a focus on brain, physical and character development.
• Communicate with parents about curriculum and progress.
• Maintain safety and follow mandated reporter guidelines.
