Job summary

Lamers Bus Lines in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking CDL drivers to join a dynamic regional operation. You will drive modern motor coaches, handle a variety of trips, and enjoy nights at home with regional travel and flexible scheduling.

We offer multiple pay options—mileage, hourly, or day rate—with per diem for overnight trips, plus a performance bonus and benefits for full-time drivers. Join a team that values safety, service, and adventure on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger endorsement.
• At least 6 months of large-vehicle driving experience.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Good driving record
• No major violations in the past 5 years
• No more than 3 minor violations in the past 3 years
• 25 years of age or older
• Ability to complete drug screen, DOT physical, and background check

Responsibilities

• Operate motor coaches safely and professionally on assigned routes.
• Provide excellent passenger service and assist travelers as needed.
• Adhere to schedules, routes, and DOT regulations while on duty.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic safety checks of the vehicle.
