Lamers Bus Lines, Inc. is seeking CDL drivers for regional motor coach routes. You will operate modern coaches, travel to diverse destinations, and be home most nights while enjoying flexible full-time or part-time schedules.

Drivers gain exposure to varied experiences, with pay options including mileage, hourly, or day rate, plus per diem and potential bonuses. A strong safety record and customer-service focus are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger endorsement is required.
• At least 6 months of large-vehicle driving experience.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Good driving record with no major violations in the past 5 years.
• No more than 3 minor violations in the past 3 years.
• 25 years of age or older and ability to complete drug screen, DOT physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate motor coaches on varied routes with regional travel.
• Provide safe, professional passenger transport and excellent customer service.
