Job summary

Big Lake is searching for an Assistant Volleyball Coach to work closely with the head coach in delivering a high-quality sports program. Candidates should have a high school diploma and substantial knowledge of volleyball techniques as well as Minnesota High School League rules.

This position aims to foster an enriching environment for students, promoting both their athletic and personal development. Coaching experience is preferred, and valid certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in volleyball or similar sports.
• Previous coaching experience is desirable.
• Valid coaching certificate or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in implementing the sport program objectives.
• Ensure adherence to sport rules and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to student-athletes.

Skills
