Job Description

Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks an Assistant Football Coach for the upcoming 2026 fall season.

Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):

The sub-varsity coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching a high-level football program while adhering to rules and guidelines set forth by the school, Dual County League and MIAA. Successful candidates will have the ability to work with varsity coaches and athletes to develop a cohesive and competitive program.

Expectations

• Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum
• Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course
• Ability to drive the school van to away games
• Ability to work with high school population
• Understanding of high school sports operations
• Work well with high school students, parents and other coaches
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Be prepared, punctual and ethical

Experience Preferred

• Experience coaching football at the high school level
• Experience playing football at the high school level or higher

Stipend Range per Schedule B : $4,784 - $5,980
