TALENT ADVANCEMENT
  • Ensure the recruiting, training, and developing of volunteers is strategically aligned with the goal of growing the ministry in the Club.
  • Mentor and equip assistant coaches, volunteers, and athletes to become leaders who disciple others.
  • Develop athletes not only in their sport but also in leadership, teamwork, and perseverance.
  • Participate in personal and professional growth by engaging in coaching education opportunities and ongoing development within the FCA Club community.
GAME & PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
