Job description

At 2020FIT, coaching isn't a side gig - it's a career. We built this place on a simple belief: health should be the foundation of a good life. Our coaches don't run people through 30-day programs and move on. They know every member's name, goal, and story, and they walk beside them for years. If you love fitness, love people even more, and want a place to plant roots and build something that lasts - this is it.

What You Own

More than a workout

Coach the floor

• Lead classes and personal-training sessions that people leave feeling stronger, seen, and glad they showed up.
• Know every member by name, goal, and story - coach the person in front of you, not a template.

• Grow your own personal-training book of business - real, multi-year relationships, not 30-day churn.
• Own the results. Your book is yours to build, and it pays you for the long game.

Embody health

• Live the standard you coach - train hard, recover well, and let your own habits set the example.
• Train alongside the team - we do the work together, coaches included.

Grow the community

• Turn first-timers into regulars and regulars into a family that shows up for each other.
• Bring the energy that makes 2020FIT the best hour of someone's day.
