Job summary

Conquer Ninja Chandler is seeking enthusiastic Ninja Coaches to join our high-energy gym for kids and adults. You will lead engaging classes, help athletes improve skills, ensure safety, and contribute to a positive, encouraging gym culture. Experience with ninja obstacles, gymnastics, parkour, or athletics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or teaching kids in a program or camp.
• Background in ninja, gymnastics, parkour, martial arts, or athletics is a plus.
• Energetic, responsible, coachable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist ninja classes for ages 3-14.
• Provide clear instruction and positive feedback to athletes.
• Monitor safety on the floor and ensure proper technique and spotting.
• Support daily upkeep of the gym to keep all areas clean, safe, and ready for use.
• Support/lead special events such as birthday parties, camps, and competitions.
• Communicate with parents and team members professionally and positively.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and upbeat gym environment.

We are a high-energy, youth and adult-focused ninja warrior gym dedicated to building strong, confident, and resilient people through obstacle-based training. Our programs serve children and adults ages 2+ with a mix of recreational classes, birthday parties, camps, and competitive ninja opportunities. We're passionate about movement, mindset, making fitness fun, and helping people become the best versions of themselves.

Position Summary:

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Ninja Coaches to join our team! Whether you're experienced with ninja obstacles, gymnastics, parkour, or simply love working with kids and being active, we provide training to help you grow into an amazing coach. Your primary role will be to lead engaging classes, help kids improve their skills, ensure safety, and contribute to a positive and encouraging gym culture.
