Job summary

ViiV Healthcare in Durham, NC is seeking a Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) Manager to support the Global Health Outcomes team. This role focuses on HIV treatment and prevention, developing and validating COA instruments, patient-centered endpoints, and regulatory strategy.

Qualifications

Experience with Clinical Outcome Assessments and patient-centered outcomes.
Experience developing, validating, or implementing COA instruments.
Familiarity with statistical approaches for COA and digital endpoints.

Responsibilities

Support design and execution of COA development and validation studies.
Select and implement COA instruments for trials and observational research.
Apply qualitative methods and psychometrics to evaluate measurement properties.
Support FDA and health authority interactions related to COA strategies.
Contribute to regulatory submissions, endpoint rationale, and SAP language.
Collaborate with Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations.
Support publications and conference presentations.
Promote measurement-science standards and COA best practices.
