Key Responsibilities
Cylinder Filling & Inspection
  • Properly fill CO₂ cylinders following company and industry safety protocols.
  • Inspect cylinders for leaks, damage, or defects before and after filling.
  • Use a calculator to accurately measure and verify the cylinder’s weight against required specifications.
Safety & Compliance
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations related to handling pressurized gases.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the CO₂ filling room.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Equipment Maintenance & Documentation
  • Perform routine maintenance on filling equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Keep accurate logs of filled cylinders, pressure readings, and any irregularities.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Inventory & Quality Control
  • Monitor CO₂ cylinder inventory levels and notify management when restocking is needed.
  • Ensure all cylinders are labeled correctly and stored properly for distribution.
