Job summary

General Produce operates a state-of-the-art facility in Sacramento, CA, and serves Northern & Central California, Western Nevada and Southern Oregon. The Co-Pack Specialist will run production lines, handle packing, and manage materials with strong attention to detail.

This full-time role offers a 4-day work week (Sunday–Wednesday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM), with overtime and opportunities to grow. Emphasis on safety, accuracy, and reliable performance daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience on an assembly line or in a warehouse.
• Experience with packing or material handling preferred.
• Electric pallet jack certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate co-packing production lines and ensure accurate sell-by date coding.
• Pack products on an assembly line into cartons, trays, and pallets.
• Receive, store, and replenish raw materials and finished goods.
• Pick and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Provide backup assistance to the repack department as needed.
• Apply strong mathematical skills for inventory management and order processing.
