  • Ability to work in-office, on-site in State College, PA during the academic year.
  • Ability to work up to 20 hours per week when classes are in session and up to 40 hours per week during breaks.
  • Interest in and knowledge/experience with SAP Software, through internships, projects and learning.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with market dynamics research and collaborate with teams on client strategies.
  • Support operational excellence by designing models to improve client experience and efficiency.
  • Participate in workshops, meetings, and interviews to document requirements with diverse teams.
  • Shadow product teams, contribute to data analytics assessments, and assist in cloud migration and system implementations.

  • Market Dynamics: Immersing yourself in primary research and collaborate with dynamic teams assisting clients in navigating market trends and refining competitive strategies.

  • Can understand clients' needs and challenges, applying a creative and logical approach to identify solutions.
  • Demonstrate foundational quantitative analysis skills and ability to develop data driven recommendations.
  • Exposure to one of the following programming technologies (e.g., ABAP, SAP BTP JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL) is a plus.
