Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking multiple co-op students for Athens, GA. Roles span Reliability, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence within the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain.

Co-ops offer hands-on projects, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure across pharma, devices, consumer, and corporate teams. Participants must be enrolled in an accredited university (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA) and commit to 2–3 semester rotations.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Active enrollment in an accredited university for the duration of a co-op, pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or MBA
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required
• Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at an accredited university is required
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred
• Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results
• Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to the team goals
• Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired

Responsibilities

• Support Reliability and Maintenance: Oxidized Regenerative Cellulose Manufacturing (Medical Device)
• Support Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Manufacturing and Operational Excellence in Manufacturing, Science, & Technology
• Participate in rotating semesters (Fall 2026; Summer 2027; Spring 2028) or two rotating 6-month rotations
• Engage with cross-functional teams across Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Consumer and Corporate sectors
