Job summary

L’Oréal USA invites a Jr. Supply Chain Associate co-op to join our Operations team in Florence, KY. You will engage in hands-on projects within a dynamic distribution environment, applying classroom knowledge to real-world tasks and learning from seasoned professionals.

You will work on multi-project assignments, develop skills in analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining exposure to the broader supply chain ecosystem at L’Oréal USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or business field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated leadership in field of study or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Previous internship/co-op experience, preferably in a Supply Chain environment.
• Manage multiple projects at different stages with different requirements.
• Knowledge in business intelligence, programming, Excel Macros and VBA.
• Working knowledge of 5S/Lean.
