Job summary

Philips in Cambridge, MA is offering a paid co-op internship as Reimbursement & Health Policy Analyst starting January 2027. You will join the Health Economics, Market Access, and Reimbursement team to support reimbursement analyses, policy research, and market access projects.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in BS/MS programs in health policy or business, with strong Excel/ACCESS skills and a keen ability to synthesize complex data.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and working towards a BS and/or MS in health policy or business
• Experience with researching health policy considerations
• Understanding of health care systems globally
• Strong analytical and data management skills including advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and ACCESS database programs
• Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, Teams, and OneDrive
• Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex reimbursement and market access data
• Ability to work independently conducting projects and managing projects with minimal guidance

Responsibilities

• Support the Health Economics, Market Access, and Reimbursement (HEMAR) team
• Collaborate with the Global Leadership Team to deliver reimbursement, health policy, and market access knowledge
• Analyze reimbursement trends and review US regulations affecting Philips products
• Assist with market assessment opportunities for business investments, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Conduct research on evolving global reimbursement trends for internal decision-making
