Crestron Electronics Inc. is seeking a motivated student for the Summer‑Fall Software Engineering Co‑op on the XiO Cloud Engineering Team in Boston, MA or Rockleigh, NJ. This 100% onsite role offers hands‑on experience with modern frontend technologies and enterprise software development.

You will contribute to XiO Cloud frontend work, learn from mentors, and gain exposure to Agile practices, testing, and collaboration with cross‑functional engineers.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to well‑defined projects supporting the XiO Cloud platform.
• Assist in developing and enhancing Angular components, services, and modules within the XiO Cloud single‑page application.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement responsive and accessible user interface designs.
• Support integration efforts between frontend applications and backend APIs.
• Participate in software testing, debugging, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in developing and executing unit and integration tests to support software quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, team discussions, and technical design conversations.
• Document technical findings, implementation details, and test results to support team knowledge sharing.
