Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking a co-op to learn the fuel business and provide support to the Business Systems function within the Commercial organization. You will analyze product movements against contracts, produce reports, and coordinate corrective actions with Transportation, Supply & Trading, and Data Management.

Daily tasks include reviewing truck movements, identifying exceptions, and assisting with order-to-cash system updates and customer deal onboarding as needed.

• Strong interpersonal skills required for cross-team collaboration.
• Candidate should be a beginner or first Co-op (no extensive work experience).

Responsibilities

• Learn Sunoco LP fuel business and support Business Systems for Commercial teams.
• Provide comparative analysis of product movements against contractual requirements and report metrics.
• Coordinate corrective actions with Transportation, Supply & Trading, and Data Management.
• Assist with daily system updates and onboarding of new customer deals in the order-to-cash system.
• Support the customer master data and sale deal creation activities as they apply to the integration of new business.
• Review truck movement transactions, identify exceptions to the plan, report and distribute metrics.
• Interact with Transportation to identify root cause of product supply deviation and determine corrective action.
• Review daily vendor price discrepancies and investigate root causes and report out problem resolutions.
• Interact with Transportation, Supply systems, Scheduling, Supply Chain, and Business Systems teams.
• Assist Business Systems team with daily system updates and customer deal modifications in the order to cash system.
