Texas Legal Services Center is seeking an attorney to manage the Medical-Legal Partnerships (MLP) program, working onsite with health care clinicians to integrate legal services and improve patient health outcomes. The role requires leadership, collaboration with partners, and adherence to professional standards.

Qualificações

• J.D. Degree and Texas licensure required.
• Minimum five years of legal experience.
• Two years leading staff in a public interest, governmental, or non-profit setting.
• Experience presenting complex topics to lay audiences and health professionals.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the MLP team in a professional manner.
• Analyze legal and social problems and develop strategic plans for health-harming legal needs.
• Engage with healthcare providers and partners to advance program goals.
• Recruit, support, and evaluate TLSC staff.
• Assist with funding reports and program evaluation.
