This role requires 3-5 years of experience in management within retail or food service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be capable of mentoring team members, and support operational excellence in maintaining store standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to ensure welcoming and efficient guest interactions.
• Assist in executing store-level strategies for sales and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular food quality checks and coach on food safety standards.
