Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team by mentoring and supporting Shift Managers.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and vendor relationships.
• Conduct regular food quality checks and ensure food safety compliance.
