Job summary

Windsor Fashions in San Diego, CA seeks a full-time Co-Manager to serve as the store manager's right hand and drive sales, payroll and expenses while coaching a high‑performing team of assistants and stylists.

You will deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience, analyze KPI data, hire and develop talent, and ensure Windsor policies and visual guidelines are followed. Expect a fast-paced environment and a focus on customer service and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and productivity in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate a team of up to 25 employees including Assistant Managers and Stylists.
• Maintain payroll, shrink, and expenses in line with store goals.
• Uphold Windsor policies and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized store.
• Foster a culture of respect, continuous improvement and customer focus.
• Communicate clearly in group and one-on-one settings.

As a full time Windsor Co-Manager, you are the Store Managers “right hand”. You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store. You are responsible, in partnership with your Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.. You coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
