About our Co-Manager

The Co-Manager is the face of Road Ranger, providing fast and friendly customer service, creating a fun and positive work environment, hiring and leading a top group of employees, operating point-of-sale systems, safeguarding cash and inventory, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean image of our locations. This position offers variety and prepares you for greater responsibility along your Road Ranger journey.

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of retail or restaurant management experience, who is friendly, hard-working, and reliable, enjoys engaging with customers and employees, works with vendors, and makes a difference in people’s day.

Pay Range: $45,000-$52,000 annually
