Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. You will be directly employed by us, with optional up to €500k funding and weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders.

You will join a community of elite founders and investors, supported by a vast talent network, and receive coaching to reach product-market fit and build strong sales and marketing engines.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take responsibility for building and scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as B2B.
• Engage in extensive personal development with guidance from unicorn founders.
• Leverage our network to hire and access best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for multi-million funding rounds.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until product–market fit is achieved, building a sales/marketing engine.
