Groundworks in Minnesota is seeking a motivated Co-Foreman to advance from Installer to site leader. You will work with a Foreman to plan daily tasks, mentor a crew, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on local jobs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
  • Experience leading crews or small teams required.
  • Previous experience working in construction/home services and/or trade work or general labor.
  • Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performance crew under Foreman supervision.
  • Review job specs to determine materials, tools and equipment before site reports.
  • On-site installation with guidance from Foreman and national team.
  • Communicate with customers before, during and after completion of jobs.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate work, accounting for labor hours and productivity.
  • Mentor crew and assist in leadership in Foreman’s absence.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and timely job completion per standards.

The Co-Foreman coordinates tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability.
