The ideal candidate will bring expertise in co-brand credit card programs, strong partner management skills, and a passion for delivering best-in-class experiences. This person will work with U.S. Bank colleagues, and the cobrand partner to deliver the strategy and roadmap to acquire and grow cardmembers profitably and at scale. They will identify, size, and prioritize new strategies, capabilities, and campaigns to drive growth by attracting new applicants and driving conversion in partner channels. They should have strong knowledge of entire funnel with proven success executing campaigns to drive members/prospects to conversion.
