Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label information and product insights within local markets.

The role reports to the Area Business Lead and collaborates with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support to advance customer experience and business goals while maintaining regulatory compliance and ethical standards. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 4+ years of sales experience with HCPs, preferably representing multiple products.
• Must reside within 50 miles commutable distance of the primary city in the sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) via in-person, virtual, and digital outreach.
• Direct customers to colleagues (e.g., CSS) when needed to meet requests.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions with regional leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead to inform local strategy.
