Razor seeks an experienced CNO Software Developer to support a long‑term CNO program in the Fort Meade area. You will design, develop, test, and maintain software for mission-critical operations in a classified federal environment.

You will work primarily in Linux/UNIX environments with opportunities on Windows systems. Strong knowledge of C++, Python, and related tools is essential, along with on-site collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant programming experience.
• Hands-on programming knowledge with C++, Python, C, Java, Perl, or Assembly.
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX or Windows software development environments.
• Strong software troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a classified software engineering environment.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in the Laurel/Hanover/Fort Meade area.

Location & Work Arrangement

The ideal candidate will have strong programming experience in C++ and Python, familiarity with Linux/UNIX development environments, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams supporting complex software engineering and network operations.

• Location: Laurel, Hanover, or Fort Meade, Maryland area.

• Work Arrangement: 100% onsite, five days per week, within a secure classified facility (SCIF).

Clearance Requirements

- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.

Education Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Familiarity with UNIX development tools, makefiles, and related build environments.

• Experience developing software for embedded or mobile platforms.

• Knowledge of network devices, communication protocols, or network-focused software development.

• Experience working with government, proprietary, or open-source development environments.

• Previous experience supporting CNO, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs.
