Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a skilled CNO Python Software Engineer to join our mission-focused team in Hanover, MD. You will provide specialized testing and evaluation capabilities for national security systems, working on next-generation solutions.

Responsibilities include containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, system design and integration testing, and software deployments. A TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and related experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; 7 years of programming required or 11 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience developing software for Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible; CI/CD design and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate solid knowledge of application containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Perform system and subsystem design, implementation, and integration testing.
• Research requirements for CNO deployment environments and performance criteria.
• Analyze user requirements and system capabilities; design improvements.
• Debug, troubleshoot, modify software, and assist with test procedures.
• Write and review software and system documentation.
• Coordinate and perform software deployments for developed products.
