Job summary

Set of X is seeking experienced engineers to join an elite team working on government contracting projects in Maryland. You will program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python, and develop Windows, UNIX, or embedded/mobile applications within diverse build environments.

Responsibilities include documentation, design and readiness reviews, data-flow design for CNO tools, and leading new CNO solutions to meet customer demands, guided by government software processes and TS/SCI level standards

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university.
• In lieu of a degree, 4 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for 12 years total.
• Eight years of relevant experience; Master’s may substitute for two years, reducing requirement to six years.

Responsibilities

• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Develop Windows apps with Visual Studio/.NET or UNIX apps with makefiles; embedded/mobile with build environments.
• Provide/write documentation and participate in design, code, and readiness reviews per govt procedures.
• Design and develop end-to-end data flow for CNO tools.
• Provide/author documentation, design, code, and readiness reviews as prescribed.
• Present technical information in project-specific presentations.
• Lead design and development of end-to-end data flow for CNO tools.
• Lead development of new CNO solutions to meet customer demands.
