Belay Technologies is seeking multiple CNO Analyst Programmers in Columbia, Maryland to join our Intel team on a recently awarded program. Candidates should have a strong background in vulnerability research and development and hold a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Required are a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, expertise in C/C++/Java and related tooling, plus experience with Windows/UNIX environments and CNO tool development.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or 4 additional years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end data flow for CNO tools.
• Author documentation, design, code, and readiness reviews.
• Lead development of new CNO solutions meeting customer needs.
• Develop in Unix/Windows low-level internals and packet-level programs.
